I am writing to express my personal gratitude and deep appreciation for installation of the new audio visual system at our facility in St. Louis. I hosted a symposium “Synthetic Biology and Metabolic Engineering” for our company Friday, April 27, 2018. The invited speakers are world recognized researchers and thought leaders in the area of science. Guests and attendees were from all over the US and a few from Germany. It was fundamental to provide an appropriate auditorium for such an event. The installed system impressed all in attendance.

I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism shown by the Schiller’s staff. They have conducted about 500 installs within the district. The team at Schiller’s ensures installs are timely and managed well. In the infrequent event that a problem occurs, they are willing to step in and help get things corrected or components repaired.

Schiller’s has blown the competition out of the water. This entire process was seamless with little interruption to the school. Your technician Ken is an amazing person and has an incredible attention to detail that you don’t see very often. I would very highly recommend Schiller’s to other schools or anyone interested in a project involving audio/visual. Travis, who also works in IT, sent me an email and said you guys did a great job on the installs. Another teacher who got a SMART Board last year saw the new ones and commented about how much cleaner and more professional the new systems looked. I am the principal at an area elementary school and Andy was here, installing our SMART Boards. I just wanted to pass along a compliment to your company. Andy did a wonderful job installing them, and not only did he do that, he worked with the teachers and he made himself available to let them know that if they had any questions, he would help them through things. He actually walked them through some things with the SMART Boards. And then when he was done, he came and walked me around and we looked at each one. The teachers were very impressed with his willingness to make sure that everything was ok before he left our building, and I appreciate that as well. I know people always call when they are unhappy about things and people seldom call when they are pleased with things. Hopefully this is a good call for you and for Andy. Thank you for managing your people in such a way that they know your company’s expectations and are adhering to your mission. Thanks for your excellent presentations yesterday. I appreciated hearing each one and have heard many positive comments from teachers. Scott, I want you to know what my definition of a good teacher is. It is one who will invite another teacher to come up and demonstrate a lesson (vortex) without feeling threatened. I am in hog heaven. It works beautifully. Not only is the image clear, but the sound is unbelievable. The flash drives make it effortless to let the students have a copy of their sessions.
